Commercial contract accounts have the option of having the property maintained any time 24 hours a day 7 days a week at no extra charge.

If you do not already have a scope of work designed for your property we will fax or email you a janitorial check list so we can create a customized scope of work for your company.

Please keep in mind that it is impossible to give estimates over the phone.

To give a quote we must have the following information.

Cleaning specifications for your property.
Omega representative must complete a walk through of property.
Square footage of property being cleaned. (Square footage will be taken during the walk through)
Frequency of cleanings per week, month, or year.
Time of day you want your property to be cleaned.

A supervisor will be one of the persons performing the actual cleaning of your property for the first two to four weeks for new accounts.

The reason being is so we can assure you that if our cleaner is out temporarily or permanently your property will always get the attention it needs no matter what the situation will be.

We also believe that all supervisors must know your property with hands on experience to be able to manage others.
